Wayne Studer has practiced in Workers' Compensation and personal injury litigation since 1979.  He has appeared before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals arguing key issues in various areas of the law.

His years of experience dealing with insurers, defense attorneys, employers, and judges within the Workers' Compensation system have earned him a reputation of being honest, knowledgeable, and fair.  He is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and serves on its Workers Compensation Committee.

Wayne grew up in southern Minnesota and has been a Twin Cities resident since 1975.  Wayne attended the College of St. Thomas and the William Mitchell College of Law.  Wayne and his wife enjoy spending time with their three daughters at school and community events.  The family also enjoys soccer, fishing, hiking, and the occassional vacation.
